May 19, 2008 - British model/actress Kelly Brook has reportedly turned down Billy Zane’s marriage proposal, after the Titanic star begged her to take him back just weeks after dumping her. The couple, who was engaged to marry, ended their four-year relationship last month - but have since appeared to rekindle their romance, after they were spotted together out in London last week.
