Jake Gyllenhaal is going to be the next celebrity to open up a restaurant. Anybody really surprised about that? It seems like every day some big star wants to put their name on an eatery. But, Jake is truly a foodie so he really wants to do this. A long time ago he promised himself he would open a restaurant if his acting career took off by 30. He’s now 27, so he owes himself a restaurant A source says of Jake,

“Cooking is his big hobby and his passion.”

The restaurant will serve organic food, and Jake is partnering with top cook, Chris Fischer. This summer, Jake’s even planning a cycling tour of Tuscany, Italy, with Reese Witherspoon, so he can seek out food inspiration.

I don’t know about the whole restaurant thing, but touring Italy on a bike sounds pretty romantic to me! Where do I sign up?!?
